The Kiani Preserve is as much an idea as it is a place. A living sculpture that speaks to the symbiotic relationship between nature, innovation, and humanity. A monument to the belief that nature does not have to be depleted to give to mankind.
A Living Monument
The story of the Kiani Preserve is born of a man’s desire to create an ecosystem, built off the warmest memories from his childhood and shaped by the perspective and ideals gained throughout his life. One that says “a love of nature and a desire to innovate do not need to be in conflict.”
In fact, with planning, knowledge, and love, they can be engineered to feed each other. The result is a force of effortless beauty that will not just become a place to be enjoyed for generations to come; but a model of how we as a society can live, work, dine, prosper, and grow without destroying the very thing we depend on as fuel to get there: The Land.
The Vision
The Kiani Preserve allows us the courage to let nature lead. We strive to uphold its undiscovered grace, value its dynamic character, and protect its enduring and powerful beauty. Not all will be able to set foot on these soils. Those who do will feel part of something greater than themselves.
